I made a purchase through Apple but I have not received the gems/membership access. What do I do?

Please follow the instructions below to complete any pending transaction:

  1. Login to the game
  2. Choose on Play
  3. Enter any scene/area
  4. Tap on your Viking
  5. Tap on Settings
  6. Tap on Restore Purchases


Once this is completed any pending transactions will process and your account will be updated. If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you are logged into the Apple ID where the purchase was made.
