I am unable to complete a purchase through Xsolla because it is asking for additional verification. What do I do?

Please follow the instructions below to complete any pending transaction:
  1.  Login to the game
  2. Choose on Play
  3. Enter any scene/area
  4. Tap on your Viking
  5. Tap on Settings
  6. Tap on Restore Purchases

Once this is completed any pending transactions will process and your account will be updated. If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you are logged into the Apple ID where the purchase was made.

How is the gift membership activated?

For verification purposes, you will need to enter the four-character code in order for the transaction to go through successfully.

When you initiated payment, a small amount of money (less than 1 USD) is blocked from your card.

IN THE DETAILS OF THIS TRANSACTION you should be able to see the 4-character code.

You can view this code by reviewing the transaction on your online banking or you can contact your bank and have them read you the 4-character code in the transaction details.

Once you have the 4-character code, go ahead and enter it on the payment page.
